Colleen has a diverse background in Corporate America, where she spent 20 years at a fortune 500 Company holding positions that ranged from implementing an automated warehouse with a state of the art computerized product retrieval system to her final assignment as a Six Sigma Coach focusing on successfully improving the overall Quality for their North American Distribution Operations.

Colleen was offered the opportunity to broaden her experience within the Technology Market as a Business Requirements Specialist working for a small internet firm.  She specialized in writing Educational Material, working with a small team of writers; she completed an online book focusing on teaching Sales Professionals how to sell in today’s market.

Colleen’s love of teaching, training and coaching brought her back to her core, through the Real Estate World, where over the last 8 years it has given her the opportunity to educate New Buyers with how to successfully purchase a home without overpaying.  Coaching Sellers with how to effectively prepare their home for listing, ensuring maximum showings and receiving top dollar for it.  Creating a Rental Program to assist Renters in finding the best Rental Properties with little effort.  Now, opening a Brokerage that focuses on supporting Agents so they can create a lifestyle, a business and fulfill their dreams, just as Colleen has.
